  • 4 Bridor Bun'n'Roll 
  • 8 g Mache salad 
  • 12 g cherry tomatoes ½ candied 
  • 20 g Red onion pickles 
  • 60 g Artichoke confit 
  • 120 g Candied pepper 
  • 8 g Mixed seeds 
  • Affila cress
  • Flowers
  • Tomatade sauce : 15 gr Tomatade, 15 gr Philadelphia, Salt, Pepper

  • Put the Bun'n'Roll in its mould, sprinkle with seeds and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature 
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake the Bun'n'Rolls at 165-170°C, for 16-18 minutes
  • For the Tomatade sauce: mix the tomatade, philadelphia, salt and pepper 
  • Open the bun in half, pack the inside and top with sauce 
  • Arrange the rest of the ingredients harmoniously
