List of ingredients
- 4 Bridor Bun'n'Roll
- 8 g Mache salad
- 12 g cherry tomatoes ½ candied
- 20 g Red onion pickles
- 60 g Artichoke confit
- 120 g Candied pepper
- 8 g Mixed seeds
- Affila cress
- Flowers
- Tomatade sauce : 15 gr Tomatade, 15 gr Philadelphia, Salt, Pepper
Preparation steps
- Put the Bun'n'Roll in its mould, sprinkle with seeds and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Bake the Bun'n'Rolls at 165-170°C, for 16-18 minutes
- For the Tomatade sauce: mix the tomatade, philadelphia, salt and pepper
- Open the bun in half, pack the inside and top with sauce
- Arrange the rest of the ingredients harmoniously
